Dawn with pet treats

July 22nd is our proudest day of the year, because it’s AAHA day!  We’ve been AAHA accredited for over 20 years, and we’re pretty proud of that.  So why is it such a big deal?

Most people don’t realize that veterinarian hospitals are not held to the same standards that human ones are.

AAHA is the only organization that accredits veterinary practices in the United States, and it’s entirely voluntary.  This means that we choose to meet over 900 rigorous standards that are above and beyond basic regulations.

Practices that accept the challenge of accreditation are evaluated on stringent quality standards that encompass pain management, patient care, team training, and more.

We undergo extensive preparation every year to be re-accredited because we think ALL pets deserve that standard of care.

Stop by our clinics for some refreshments on AAHA day, and encourage any little people you know to take our AAHA Coloring Challenge!
