I cannot say enough good things about everyone at this veterinary clinic. You can really tell how much they care about animals. They are very proactive and up to date on the latest things in the veterinary world and do a lot of continuing education which really shows. My boyfriend did a lot of research on Vets when we moved to Janesville and decided on them and now that I’ve had experience dealing with them and taking our 17 year old diabetic cat here for care I can really see why he chose them and I feel really good about that decision and the care that he has received. I think that Dr. Uphill is amazing I liked her vibe the minute I met her I think she has all of the qualities that make a person an exceptional veterinarian. All of the other staff have been extremely kind and compassionate you can just tell they love what they do and have a true passion for it which makes a huge difference when people love what they do you can just tell.

My dog is a rather new patient, but they literally saved her life last week. The East and West locations are both fantastic and we will never go anywhere else. She had an urgent surgery a week ago and everyone we’ve come into contact with has been so empathetic and wonderful. Very informative, educating me on what to expect post op and following up almost everyday since. I cannot say enough good things about them, I would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Super nice group of people. Very good at there jobs. My pets ❤️ them there.

We have recently switched and have taken all 3 of our dogs here, though now 2. They have been so incredibly kind and understanding and are truly dog people. They are no fear and take amazing care of our dogs. We had to recently put 1 of those dogs down and Dr. Victoria and Chelsea were so kind. They made sure we knew what was happening at every step and that we had as much time as needed to say goodbye. For such a sad time we left with such a sense of peace and could really feel the love!

Dr. Nicole, Amber and the staff are great. They came this morning to euthanize our Golden Retriever at home. It was very peaceful for him and as it was for myself and my daughters. I can’t thank them enough for being so kind and caring. They gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. I would recommend this clinic for your fur babies.

Although my experience was heartbreaking because I lost my baby girl, Dr. Ali and her staff were super compassionate. I have never had a vet show compassion for my pit bull like she did. It made my heart warm. I can’t thank them enough for all of the support they gave me during that heartbreaking time. I will be back for my other pets!

Cannot say enough kind words about Dr. Nicole. She has always been extremely thorough & respectful of all needs of my girl, but also of me as the owner. My pup has had a few odd things going on this year & she is always willing to take a look & address my concerns. She always makes me feel heard. Kayley was phenomenal communicating between myself & Dr. Nicole, and Amber is lovely as well!

They have always treated my furbabies and I like family! We’ve been going to the Janesville Vet clinics for over 14 years. Recently, we had to put one of our babies down. It was so traumatic for my children and I, but the staff treated us with kid gloves. So kind, caring, compassionate. I can not thank them enough. Even the weeks since we lost our Karma, they have been so wonderful.

Very thankful for Dr. Mike and the entire staff for showing care and compassion whenever there is a scary moment (or even just a regular checkup). They take the time to explain options, answer questions, and they do so with kindness and patience. We have used this vet clinic since we got our cats 6 years ago and have only had positive experiences!

Dr. Victoria and her assistant were the best today. I brought my dog Hera in today due to being unable to walk/stand for very long. They were very friendly and really showed they cared. This is why I choose this vet. Thank you.
