I brought my new puppy to The Janesville Veterinary Clinic west and she was very well taken care of by Dr. Alli! Dr. Alli sat on the floor with her the whole time and examined her as she played and cuddled her. They gave her a treat while she was recieving her shots and the dog didn’t even notice! The whole appt was calm, gentle and very informative! My dog wasn’t scared or overexcited during our visit at all, our experience was wonderful!

I’m always impressed with service here! Everyone is so professional, kind, and fantastic with my dogs. It’s very clean, they always get me appointments in a reasonable time frame, and prices are reasonable.

Staff are always cordial and welcoming, making me feel like a valued customer. More important, Maizie is~ and has been for nine years~ treated like “The Best Springer, Ever.” She has never shown the least bit of anxiety in your clinic.
Even when she needs to be restrained for blood draws, inoculations, or anal gland procedure, staff are gentle and nurturing all the while. “Maizo” has always loved physical contact from humans and J.V.C. staff meet that need/reassurance.

Dr. Nicole is truly exceptional. She has been helping manage my cat’s digestive issues for years and has been nothing but patient, thorough, and compassionate every step of the way. She always takes the time to explain options, adjusts treatment plans when needed, and makes me feel confident in the care my cat is receiving. She is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and I’m so grateful to have her as our vet. I highly recommend Janesville Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Nicole!

Everyone is amazing, but I must highlight that Dr. Jennifer is a rarity. Her commitment to continued education goes well beyond standard requirements, and it shows in both clinical decision-making and outcomes. She practices evidence-based medicine while thoughtfully integrating holistic modalities when appropriate.

She treated several of my dogs, including one senior dog for whom I am confident her care extended both quality and length of life by two years. He deteriorated slowly (normal) and we were on the verge of making the hardest call of all– when to say goodbye. However, there was an abrupt and sustained change with Jennifer’s care. Through regular acupuncture and chiropractic care, he consistently went in sore and stiff and came out aligned, comfortable, and noticeably brighter—something anyone who loves senior dogs will recognize immediately.

Through the years, JVC has been there in the best of times, and the worst of times– all with care, compassion, and truly going above and beyond.

The entire staff has been consistently excellent: attentive, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond. As someone who works closely with veterinary professionals, I also deeply value that this clinic actively collaborates with other providers and prioritizes a true network of care.

Were extremely helpful with both our senior cat and senior dog. They are very knowledgeable and super kind. Got us in on short notice (same day) when our dog was very sick. Highly recommend!

My dog Puddy had his teeth cleaned and two little bumps removed last week by Dr Jennifer. The staff was so helpful and even called the next day to see how he was doing! My family and I have been bringing our dogs here for as long as I can remember, and it’s because Janesville Vet Clinic cares about your pets as much as you do.

They take such care with animals. They really put my nervous kitty Guido de Arezzo at ease. They are quick with a treat and their handling is gentle. They set my mind at ease about my concerns for Guido’s health. They make good suggestions about fixing problems. They are knowledgeable and professional. They care and take their time with your pets. That’s why I like them and trust them. This was suppose to be for JVS – West. I don’t know what I did to change it to East. I will say about the East office is they are just as nice, professional and caring. I had to put down my old cat Artemis and the East side was wonderful. It was so hard to do but they were so comforting.. to me and Artemis. Poor sweet Artemis. She couldn’t last another day. Bless them.

Dr. Mike and Cassidee made our nervous little Pups feel right at home today! We picked our girls from the same litter during Covid and they never quite got socialized to be around other people.

It was amazing to see how they relaxed enough to allow themselves be held for an examination, shots, blood draw and (gasp!) even nail clipping!!

Every member of the staff was so pleasant and welcoming to us and our pups, I apologize for not getting everyone’s name to mention them in this post.

I literally cannot think of one thing Dr. Mike and his staff could’ve done to make our trip to the vet more pleasant!! We highly recommend you choose them for your veterinary needs!

Been with Janesville Veterinary clinic for over a decade. The staff there are incredibly wonderful and caring people. The Veterinarians I’ve had encountered with visits have my confidence of all around care and professionalism. I have not a concern that what ever a need, from this establishment and staff, i will get the best for my furry friends care and lifetime well being! I’m humbly indebted to all who work there.
