How did he come into your life?
Owners surrendered him, he attached very quickly to us.
Significance of his name?
When I saw a listing for him, there was no name or age stated. I said if he didn’t have a name I wanted to name him Dexter. Turned out, his name was already Dexter!
Favorite Treat:
Bacon treats, or the occasional French fry.
Most memorable thing your pet has ever done?
When we finally fenced in our yard, we let him off the leash and he didn’t know what to do. He did a lot of exploring afterwards.
Funny or unusual habit?
When he gets very excited, he takes off running around with his bed in his mouth. He drags it everywhere.
If your pet had a job/profession, what would it be?
Police officer. He’s always trying to calm a rowdy situation.
If your pet could speak one sentence out loud, what would he say?
“What’s that on the TV?”

He has other doggy relatives, Buffy & Sophie the golden doodles, Lola the dachshund, and Bruiser the mastiff. They all love to play!
