How did she come into your life?
Davina is from a breeder in Missouri. My mom and I made the long road trip to pick her up. Eight hours in a car with a brand new puppy made for a very long trip home. But it was totally worth it to get her.
Significance of her name, if any:
Davina’s name comes from one of my favorite TV shows called The Originals. The character Davina is the head witch of the show.
Favorite treat:
Anything with peanut butter!
Most memorable thing your pet has ever done:
Had to put a picture to explain one of my favorite moments with her. She loves her cows!
Funny or unusual habit:
My favorite thing Davina does is smile. When I come home she gets so excited and gets this big almost scary smile, but I love it! She also likes to give hugs by putting her head right by my neck. She is also obsessed with water. She digs and stands in her bowl. We have a creek on the farm that she also loves to play in.
If your pet had a job/profession, what would it be?
I work on a dairy farm and Davina comes with me to work everyday. I am hoping to teach her to be a herding dog. But her current job is herding all of the kittens we have and keeping them safe.
If your pet could speak one sentence out loud, what would she say?
“Please turn the AC on!”
