Staff are always cordial and welcoming, making me feel like a valued customer. More important, Maizie is~ and has been for nine years~ treated like “The Best Springer, Ever.” She has never shown the least bit of anxiety in your clinic.
Even when she needs to be restrained for blood draws, inoculations, or anal gland procedure, staff are gentle and nurturing all the while. “Maizo” has always loved physical contact from humans and J.V.C. staff meet that need/reassurance.
