Continually provide the kindest, and most thorough annual check ups I’ve ever seen. My dog love them and is not scared (maybe anxious with the needles but they always sacrifice my aussie cheese). The prices are reasonable compared to other vets. I have been going to them for almost three years!

I’ve always had great experiences at this clinic but times they’ve needed to find a spot for me I’ve gone to the west side and had a great experience as well. Everyone here is very caring and thorough. Whether it’s routine veterinary care, arthritis injections or a brand new diabetes diagnosis everyone at the clinic has been extremely helpful. I appreciate all the techs and especially Dr. Nicole.

Wonderful staff and always a welcoming atmosphere for any animal and their varied needs and ailments! I haven’t met another human that tops Heather’s empathy and compassion for our fellow mortals that bring us such joy!

Great staff. It’s very clear that they know you and your pets and show genuine care. It’s consistentently easy to get an appointment and I love that you call upon arrival and are immediately shown to an exam room. When we take our cats I’m they shower them with compliments which is super sweet. It’s a great place

My sheepadoodle dog is regularly seen by Dr. Victoria but I recently had to bring him in for what seemed like a back injury. Even though she was booked solid on a Friday, she kindly squeezed him in and within the first few minutes of the visit, she was able to figure out what was wrong. She gets down on the floor at your dog’s level to make them feel comfortable and is a compassionate provider. She took the time to answer my questions and was empathetic. I truly feel that she doesn’t push any unnecessary interventions. I was especially thankful for her this last week, I can’t thank her and her kind assistant enough.

Best vet office in Janesville. Caring, compassionate staff who spend time to really listen to concerns. Prompt responses to emails and calls.

Our daughters first pet rat who she absolutely loved ended up very quickly developing a tumor in his head and he was very uncomfortable. We had called around Monday morning and the soonest someone could get us in was Wednesday. I don’t think he could have waited that long. I called this place and the front desk spoke with the DR personally and was willing to see us same day & accommodated an after school appointment so our kids could come to say goodbye. They were so compassionate. They treated our pet rat as equally as a dog or cat etc. They brought him in a plate of treats (donuts & peanut butter) and let us say goodbye. They even made a clay print for him for her to remember him. It was a pleasant experience. would recommend this place! Thank you

I brought my new puppy to The Janesville Veterinary Clinic west and she was very well taken care of by Dr. Alli! Dr. Alli sat on the floor with her the whole time and examined her as she played and cuddled her. They gave her a treat while she was recieving her shots and the dog didn’t even notice! The whole appt was calm, gentle and very informative! My dog wasn’t scared or overexcited during our visit at all, our experience was wonderful!

I’m always impressed with service here! Everyone is so professional, kind, and fantastic with my dogs. It’s very clean, they always get me appointments in a reasonable time frame, and prices are reasonable.

Staff are always cordial and welcoming, making me feel like a valued customer. More important, Maizie is~ and has been for nine years~ treated like “The Best Springer, Ever.” She has never shown the least bit of anxiety in your clinic.
Even when she needs to be restrained for blood draws, inoculations, or anal gland procedure, staff are gentle and nurturing all the while. “Maizo” has always loved physical contact from humans and J.V.C. staff meet that need/reassurance.
